my friends at sg youth has helped me overcome alot without them i think i will be a sad and missrable girl like i was.

In the western world were we live. We are bombarded on a daily basis by things we cannot live up to.

In allmost every magazine we pick up we are faced with numerous body images of girls who are niether true or realistic.

Did you know neally every magazine has been airbrushed or retouched just to look perfect.

We are insucure about our bodys.

u will always fall down and not meet others exectations but u just have to have your head held high and walk on bye with a great big smile and love life and outshine them xx

In year 8 when teenage years started to get hard, i started getting bullied so i started staying home alot to escape reality.

I became depressed and hostile, if my parents ever questioned me to go back to school, i would of rather commited suicide then go back there.

The school liasion officers and my parents helped me go back there.

I now love school, im no longer bullied mentally, physically or verbally.

I know see the bullys as pitty, ...
