    PMS Depression and Anxiety

    test
I noticed that the description for this forum included a list of different conditions, and one of them is PMS. I don't see any posts in here on this issue but I noticed for the past couple of years that my depression and anxiety seems to be worse a few days before my period. Then I might feel very low for a few days during, and then maybe low again for a few days after. I had heard about that more severe form of PMS and I don't remember what it is called but sometimes I think that describes me sometimes.

I do tend to get more 'sensitive' during my time of the month, I feel more emotional to the point where I feel like I want to cry and run away if something goes wrong but nothing major.. at least I don't think so.... although my boyfriend claims that I go crazy when I have my period! lol

I am pretty much aware of how my body reacts and how my moods change during that time of the month so I try to remain positive and stay calm whenever I feel 'moody'... I try to ignore whatever it is that bothers me and ignore whatever my boyfriend says that may piss me off and that keeps me sane for that week.
