Thread: Hi everyone! Newbie here but old too depression

Hi all ..im a 44 yr old mom of 5...I suffer from anxiety ..panic attacks..manic depression...bipolar disorder...fibromyalgia ..9 herniated discs ..2 titanium plates in my neck ....I was abused pretty much my whole life..my mom physically and mentally....my brother physically my ex husband physically mentally sexual ly..in fact he pretty much beat me every week for ten years ive been stabbed three xs held hostage at gunpoint hence the ptsd....I am anf open book and im willing too help anyone that asks ive been thru hell and all I want too do is save someone else before they become me

I added you a few minutes ago. I'm afraid if I don't get anymore help, I will be you. I've been abused & molested; I just hope that nothing else happens to me, or anybody. Even though I know things will happen, it just makes everything so much harder.
