    Go back to the past and do what exactly? Personally, my past is history to me and that's all it's ever going to be. My future is definitely better and more important than my past.

    Having a mood swing is a very common thing for every human being. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't have mood swing every now and then.

    Someone who is depressed will always be disconnecting from people and it will be very obvious. Whenever I see someone that is not interested in having a life in a social setting, I think they are depressed.

    Listening to music makes me feel better whenever I am not happy. It is one of the first thing that comes to my mind to use and switch up my mood.

    If you don't get help it actually never gets better because you are going to be suffering from whatever that caused the depression for a very long time and that is going to make your life a living hell.

    It is not healthy for you to be in any kind of toxic relationship or friendship. Anyone who is showing that they are toxic in your life should be pruned and discarded because they don't mean well for you.

    I love this assessment you have made. Kids will always be kids. It's a stage in their lives which they will eventually over grow. As an adult, you only have to be patient with kids. It's not easy bringing them up but it's a thing of joy when they have grown for you to appreciate your work.

    There's no way you would be in a toxic relationship that it's not going to make you depressed. It's why I don't waste my time trying to save any relationship that's toxic already. It's better to end everything and move on.

    This natural decline in reproductive hormones when a woman reaches her 40s or 50s can be very difficult to deal with most of the time. Sometimes it affects your menses and make it flow and cease a bit. It can be very tiring.

    When you eat oddly, it's a very sign that you are suffering from eating disorder. You will end up losing weight all of a sudden. It's not something that's healthy.
