Anyone has PMDD?

I've suffered from it all my life, wiping my vagina obsessively till there's no more blood, and becoming depressive at the beginning of every period. But OMG, currently on perimenopause, I couldn't be happier, I've had my 1st hot flash the beginning of this very month on a Saturday night and the bleeding is lighter and has lessened in quantity too. FINALLY free and independent from tampons/pads/menstrual cups! Does a happy dance and singing!

This is so much of a pain. I am glad that you are better and also doing a happy dance and singing.
There are many things that we can always endure especially coming out from our body system but the pain doesn't come easy at all.

I'm glad you're finally getting some relief after dealing with that for so long. It's amazing how much menstrual symptoms can affect someone's daily life. Hopefully, this new phase brings you more comfort and peace.

My mother never complained about menstruation or anything that comes with it. She had 5 kids with my dad. I don't understand ladies of this modern generation with how they make big deal over something so natural.

God, it's exhausting.
