Panic attacks are rapid, sudden behaviors and actions exhibited by victims. It can include heavy breathing, feeling nauseous, sweating profusely and increased hear beat rate.

The common triggers could be a shocking news or experience, sudden noise or movement, exposure to phobias and many more.
What other triggers do you know of?

Panic attack can come in any way but the most common among them is heavy breathing and increased heartbeat rate. I don't know if there's any other symptoms except these ones.

Everyone reacts differently, so a trigger for one person may not affect another the same way.

Stress, lack of sleep, too much caffeine and overwhelming situations can also trigger panic attacks. Sometimes, they happen without any obvious reason.

I've never suffered from having panic attacks all my life and I'm currently 38 years old. My health condition is top notch because I do everything humanly possible to be in the best shape.
